For food, beverage and consumer packaged goods

ConsumerBrands

A consumer brand needs three things: trial, distribution, and a reason for anyone to remember it afterwards. Live motorsport delivers all three in the same weekend.

Trial where people are already thirsty

A race weekend is thousands of people, outdoors, on their feet, all day, with long gaps between runs. For a beverage brand that is the sampling environment a distributor would charge for, with an audience that is captive by choice rather than trapped in a supermarket aisle.

Craft soda, yerba mate and functional drinks have all run through our programmes. The mechanics are simple. Product in the hands of the team, product in the hands of the crowd, and a brand attached to something the audience already turned up for rather than an ad they scrolled past.

Sampling works when nobody feels sold to.

Beyond the paddock

The same brand that samples at a race weekend has a reason to be on a trade show floor, and we are already on those floors. Expo West and NAMA sit on our circuit alongside the paddock, which means the conversation with a buyer and the conversation with a consumer are run by the same people.

That matters more than it sounds. Most brands hire one agency for experiential and another for trade, and the story drifts between them. We hold both, so what a buyer hears in March matches what a customer experienced in June.

How a programme gets built

  1. Work out what you actually need

Trial in a new region, a reason for a buyer to take a meeting, or brand association a shelf placement cannot buy. The answer changes everything after it.

  2. Match the property

Which of our clients reaches your customer, and whether there is an honest reason for the two to be connected.

  3. Build the experience

Sampling, hospitality, and the trackside presence around it, produced and run by us.

  4. Carry it into the trade rooms

The same story, in front of buyers, at the shows where distribution decisions actually get made.

Why we walk these floors

We work Expo West, NAMA and CES, and we work them to learn as much as to meet people. Understanding where a category is heading, what buyers are tired of hearing, and which claims have stopped landing is what makes the next campaign different from the last one.

It is also how we stay honest with clients. If a brand is better served by a broker relationship or a straight retail push, we would rather say so than build something that will not move product.
